Building biological performance systems for global agriculture.

Farmbright is an Australian agricultural biotechnology company developing practical, field-ready biological inputs for commercial crop performance. Founded in Victoria, built for working farms, and designed for global scale.

Make biological performance a core input category in global farming.

Global agriculture is entering a new input era. Growers need to lift productivity while managing rising input costs, supply-chain volatility, environmental pressure and declining biological function in farming systems.

Farmbright's vision is to make biological crop performance a mainstream commercial category — not as a niche alternative, but as a practical operating layer for modern agriculture.

Translate biological science into crop inputs that perform at farm scale.

Farmbright develops, formulates and commercialises biological crop-performance technologies for commercial agriculture. Our products are designed to be stable, scalable, practical to apply and commercially valuable for growers.

We build from science, manufacture with discipline, and measure success in the only place that matters: the field.

From Australian biology to global farming systems.

Farmbright began with a commercial problem: growers are being asked to produce more while relying on input systems that are increasingly costly, volatile and biologically incomplete.

Verdara® is the first commercial platform in the Farmbright portfolio — a precision biological foliar powder powered by Verdaris Formulation Technology and now available in two crop pathways: Verdara® Broadacre for wheat, barley and canola, and Verdara® Horticulture for high-value fruit and vegetable production.

Sylvara® is the next development pathway — a biological nitrogen establishment technology designed to support reduced synthetic urea dependence through root-zone nitrogen-fixing biological activity.

Together, these products form the foundation of Farmbright's broader platform: biological crop-performance systems built for practical adoption, commercial return and global agricultural relevance.

Commercial agriculture. Biological science. Field execution.

Wesley Cooke

Founder & CEO

Wesley Cooke founded Farmbright to close the gap between biological science and the practical needs of commercial growers. He leads company strategy, product commercialisation, grower engagement and the development of Farmbright’s biological crop-performance platform.

"Farmbright exists to turn biological science into commercial farm performance — products that are technically credible, operationally practical, and valuable enough to earn their place on the farm."

Dr Gustavo Bracho

Chief Scientist

Dr Gustavo Bracho leads the scientific development behind Farmbright's product portfolio, including Verdaris Formulation Technology for Verdara® and the Sylvaris development pathway for Sylvara®. His work supports formulation design, biological mechanism review, field-trial architecture and product validation.

"The value is not biology alone. The value is formulation, delivery and performance under real agricultural conditions."

Built for the field. Measured by performance.

1

Science first

Every product must be grounded in credible biological mechanisms, internal testing, field data or published science.

2

Commercial discipline

Biological inputs must earn their place. Products are built around return on investment, practical adoption and measurable farm value.

3

Field-ready design

No unnecessary complexity. No specialist infrastructure where it can be avoided. Farmbright products are designed for the equipment and workflows growers already use.

4

Australian-built, globally relevant

Farmbright is founded in Victoria and built for Australian farming conditions — with a platform designed specifically for global agricultural markets.
