Sylvara®

Biological nitrogen establishment technology for broadacre agriculture.

Powered by Sylvaris · Produced through the Sylvaris Cascade

Sylvara® is our in-development biological nitrogen product for broadacre agriculture, designed to support a staged reduction in synthetic urea dependence through root-zone biological activity. Currently being prepared for field validation and future commercial supply.

Australian broadacre cropping remains structurally dependent on synthetic nitrogen inputs.

Synthetic nitrogen has helped feed the world, but it has also created a structural dependency for growers: recurring annual cost, volatile global supply chains and field losses that reduce efficiency.

Sylvara® is being developed to address that problem biologically — by supporting root-zone microbial activity associated with nitrogen availability and helping growers move toward lower synthetic input dependence over time.

A staged pathway from establishment to reduced synthetic nitrogen dependence.

Year 1 Establish

Establish

Two seasonal applications · staged urea reduction target

Apply Sylvara® across two seasonal passes alongside a reduced synthetic nitrogen program. The objective is to establish nitrogen-supporting biological activity in the root zone while reducing synthetic urea inputs where field conditions support it.

Target Support a staged reduction in synthetic urea while the biological system establishes.

Year 2 Replace

Replace

Maintenance application · deeper nitrogen reduction target

Following successful establishment and paddock monitoring, growers may move toward deeper synthetic nitrogen reduction where verified agronomic performance supports that outcome. Sylvara® maintenance application is designed to help sustain the established biological system.

Target Move toward lower synthetic urea dependence where paddock performance supports it.

Ongoing Maintain

Maintain

Annual maintenance · carbon support

Once established, annual maintenance applications are intended to help sustain root-zone biological activity across future seasons. Diluted blackstrap molasses may be used as a low-cost carbon input to support microbial activity.

Target Maintain the biological system and support long-term input reduction.
