A naturally complex biological profile for the canopy.

Verdara® is a field-ready liquid foliar biostimulant based on a naturally complex profile of plant-derived compounds. These naturally occurring compound groups are associated with plant growth, plant architecture, metabolic activity and responses to environmental stress during commercially important development windows.

The current Horticulture program aligns application guidance with crop type, production system, canopy development and harvest strategy.

Biostimulant growth factors

Naturally occurring cytokinin-related compounds including zeatin, together with auxin- and gibberellin-related growth signals, support cell division and elongation, root and vascular development, plant architecture and developmental processes associated with productive growth.

Free and peptide-bound amino acid complexes

Free and peptide-bound amino acids provide biological building blocks and energy substrates that support protein synthesis, enzyme activity and chlorophyll formation during rapid growth windows.

Natural micronutrient matrix

A naturally balanced mineral matrix containing potassium, phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium and trace elements including zinc, iron and manganese supports core plant metabolism, photosynthetic enzyme function and carbohydrate metabolism.

Natural osmoprotectant compounds

Amino acids including proline and glutathione contribute to osmoprotection and cellular water balance under environmental stress such as drought and extreme heat.

Antioxidants and stress regulators

Vitamin C, tocopherols and flavonoids contribute antioxidant and photoprotective functions, helping manage reactive oxygen species and excessive UV stress.

Horticultural crops differ materially in plant density, canopy development, harvest strategy and production intensity. Verdara® Horticulture therefore uses crop-specific programs rather than one universal application schedule.

Depending on crop and harvest strategy, a development stage may receive one or more applications. Current open-field and greenhouse programs range from 3 to 6 applications.

What is Verdara® Horticulture?

Is the Horticulture product different from Verdara® Broadacre?

Verdara® is supplied as the same core field-ready liquid concentrate. The difference is the crop-specific application program: dilution, spray volume, application count and timing are set according to the crop and production system.

Why do application counts vary?

Horticultural crops differ in plant density, plant architecture, harvest timing and whether harvest is single or continuous. Current programs therefore range from 3 to 6 applications.

What does it cost?

Verdara® Horticulture crop programs start from $95/ha + GST. Final price depends on the prescribed concentrate requirement. Freight is additional. Sub-hectare and protected-cropping orders are subject to minimum program quantities.

How much product do I need?

Current Horticulture programs range from approximately 10 to 28 L/ha of Verdara® concentrate across a complete crop program. Use the order configurator for a crop/system-specific estimate.

Is Verdara® ready to dilute and use?

Yes. Verdara® is supplied as a field-ready liquid concentrate. Measure the required volume, dilute according to the current crop program and apply through suitable horticultural spray equipment. No on-farm extraction or steeping is required.

How long does it keep?

Verdara® has a 3-month shelf life from receipt when stored according to supplied instructions.

Is the 15–30% target guaranteed?

No. The 15–30% range is a forward-looking target under responsive crop and production conditions. Actual results vary materially by crop, variety, system, density, environment, timing and management.

Can the Horticulture program be adjusted?

Yes. Plant density, production system, harvest strategy, field testing and agronomic advice may justify adjustments to application timing, volume or frequency. Farmbright® should confirm any change that alters the total program requirement.

Can it be tank mixed?

Verdara® may be aligned with compatible spray passes. Growers should consult their agronomist and perform a compatibility test before mixing with third-party agricultural inputs.
